Wanderburg Roadmap (Early Access)

Wanderburg roadmap status: what Steam Early Access FAQ confirms about the 6–12 month EA window, planned polish, and where to watch for real updates.

No public feature-by-feature roadmap with dates has been published in the sources reviewed here. Prefer Steam news and official Discord over rumor lists.

Is there an official Wanderburg roadmap?

As of this wiki’s last check, Wanderburg does not publish a dated public roadmap (no quarter-by-quarter feature calendar, captain list, or patch schedule) on Steam or wanderburg.com materials reviewed here.

What exists instead is the Steam Early Access FAQ: developers describe why they are in EA, what is already playable, and what they intend to improve before a full release.

If you searched wanderburg roadmap, treat Steam news for app 3624140 and the official Discord linked from Steam as the live source of truth — not third-party speculation.

What Early Access plans are confirmed

Steam lists Early Access starting September 8, 2026, with developers currently expecting roughly 6 to 12 months in EA. That range is a planning estimate and may change.

Why EA (Steam wording): build Wanderburg with the community — learn which builds, strategies, and combinations players love, break, or completely devour the game with.

Current state (Steam wording): the game is fully playable and already includes the core loop of rolling through biomes across multiple difficulty levels, consuming villages and fortresses to expand, and experimenting with builds.

Full-version intent (Steam wording): more content, variety, and polish, plus improvements to systems and balance driven by feedback. Exact feature names and ship dates are 待确认 until announced in Steam news.

What is not on a public roadmap yet

Console ports, Steam Workshop / official mod tooling, and a hard 1.0 calendar date are not confirmed on a public feature roadmap in sources reviewed here — see Console Release Date and Mods for status pages.

Steam notes the price might increase during Early Access as content is added; that is a pricing policy note, not a content roadmap item. See Price for buy-now context.

Sources are thin on named upcoming biomes, modules, or captains. Do not trust unsourced “leaked” lists.
